Darrell Howard, a 43-year-old man from Beaumont, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 21, 2019. His body was discovered near Concord Road outside the E & L Lounge around 2 a.m. He had been shot in the abdomen and later succumbed to his injuries at St. Elizabeth's Hospital. Darrell Howard was African American.
