Death by Force

On November 30, 2024, at approximately 4:25 p.m., the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) responded to reports of a shooting in the 6700 block of Tara Lane in the West Lake Forest neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds outside an apartment complex: 18-year-old Wayne Eric Orsin and 31-year-old Rashada Richardson.
