Paul James Pham, a 30-year-old male from New Orleans, LA, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2021. Paul was gunned down by two perpetrators at approximately 11:04 p.m. while he was in his white 2006 BMW 330i at the intersection of S. Carrollton Avenue and Banks St. The gunmen may have driven an older model tan or silver SUV.
