Deshawn Sensley, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 8, 2019, in Zachary, Louisiana. Sensley, affectionately known as "Smiley," was a native and resident of Baywood. His untimely death has left a void in the hearts of his family and friends. Sensley's funeral services were held at New Philadelphia Baptist Church, and he was laid to rest at New Hope Baptist Church cemetery.
