In the quiet town of Springville, Iowa, a grim discovery was made on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at a residence on Wild Pine Court. Inside the home, authorities found the bodies of 67-year-old Janice Richmond, a Caucasian female, and 69-year-old Robert Richmond Jr. Both individuals had sustained apparent gunshot wounds. The Linn County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene shortly before 4 p.m. that afternoon, where they launched an investigation into the deaths.
