On a Friday night in Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of 40-year-old Malous Kelley Jr. was tragically cut short. The evening of November 29, 2024, was shattered by violence at the Paris Towers apartment building located at 1800 Broadway Street. Just before 10:00 p.m., police officers from the 12th Street Division were dispatched to the scene following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Kelley inside the lobby, suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
