On December 16, 2024, at approximately 9:25 p.m., Mobile Police Department officers responded to a reported shooting in the 1600 block of Darwood Drive in Mobile, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered 48-year-old Jermaine Crawford deceased from a gunshot wound. The incident is being investigated as a homicide.
