In the early hours of May 15, 2021, the life of 17-year-old Harold Jordan III, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. The young man was visiting the Bayou Bend Apartments near Brill Road in Mobile, Alabama, when he was fatally shot. Mobile Police Department officers responded to a call of a person down around 12:30 a.m. and discovered Jordan suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
