On a Saturday evening in November 2017, a dispute in the parking lot of a Panera Bread in Mobile, Alabama, tragically cut short the life of 24-year-old Justin Edwards, a Black male. The altercation, which occurred on November 18, escalated to gunfire, leaving Edwards fatally wounded.

Investigators quickly identified two suspects in connection with the shooting: Ryland Kidd and Taylor Law. According to police reports, Law allegedly drove Kidd to the Panera Bread on Airport Boulevard. An ar ...
