In the tragic turn of events on September 18, 2021, a young man's life was cut short in the parking lot of the Shoppes at Bel Air in Mobile, Alabama. Bryan Keith Maynard Jr., a 21-year-old male, was fatally shot in what authorities would later describe as a robbery gone wrong.
