In the quiet evening of Sunday, May 26, 2024, a grim discovery was made in an abandoned home on the 1800 block of Duncan Street in Mobile, Alabama. Responding to a call around 8:30 p.m., police officers entered the derelict house to find the body of a young man. The deceased, a 21-year-old male, was later identified as Jermont Lamar. At the time he was found, he had no identification on him.
