Moises Flores, a 24-year-old from Dallas, Texas, was fatally shot on January 21, 2023, in Garland, Texas. The incident occurred around 4:25 p.m. on the 400 block of S. Forest Crest Drive.
Garland Police Department responded to a weapons disturbance call where multiple people had been shot. Upon arrival, they found Flores and another victim with gunshot wounds. Both were transported to a local hospital, where Flores succumbed to his injuries.
