On September 3, 2024, at approximately 6 a.m., Garland Police Department officers responded to a call near Glenfield Drive and Cumberland Drive in Garland, Texas. Upon arrival, they discovered 20-year-old Garland resident Aydeion Garza unresponsive, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound. Tragically, Garza was pronounced dead at the scene.
