On the evening of July 18, 2023, at approximately 7:20 p.m., 33-year-old Brisen Dewayne Dunn of Dallas was fatally shot while riding a gas-powered scooter in Garland, Texas. The incident occurred in the 3300 block of South Shiloh Road near West Kingsley Road.
