On February 21, 2023, at approximately 5:50 a.m., the Comanche County Sheriff's Office responded to a call at a residence on County Road 103, situated between Comanche and Sidney, Texas. Upon arrival, deputies discovered two individuals deceased inside the home. The victims were identified as William "Billy" Kehl Jr., aged 47, and his wife, Danielle Kehl, aged 35. Both were residents of Comanche.
