On March 14, 2023, 21-year-old Andrew Lee Torres was found deceased in a vehicle in Cameron Park, Brownsville, Texas. Authorities responded to reports of gunshots and a subsequent vehicle crash, discovering Torres had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Preliminary investigations suggested an altercation occurred inside the vehicle between Torres and an unidentified passenger.
