On November 1, 2023, 16-year-old Ashton Baker was fatally shot in South Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred on South Boulevard near Meyers Street in the afternoon. Upon arrival, Dallas police discovered both Ashton and a 24-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to a local hospital, where Ashton succumbed to his injuries. The 24-year-old man was reported to be in stable condition.
