On December 14, 2024, at approximately 3:55 p.m., 20-year-old Didier Orea was fatally shot in the 400 block of North Harwood Street in downtown Dallas, Texas. Dallas Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting and found Orea with gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
