On November 27, 2022, at approximately 1:26 AM, officers responded to a local hospital in Dallas, Texas, where 36-year-old Hispanic male Jose Delarosa had been admitted with a gunshot wound. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries. Preliminary investigations revealed that Jose Delarosa and his passengers were traveling eastbound in the 3400 block of S.
