On November 27, 2022, at approximately 1:26 AM, officers responded to a local hospital in Dallas, Texas, where 36-year-old Hispanic male Jose Delarosa had been admitted with a gunshot wound. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries. Preliminary investigations revealed that Jose Delarosa and his passengers were traveling eastbound in the 3400 block of S. Great Trinity Forest Way when a black vehicle approached them.
