Miguel Sotelo-Trujillo, a 22-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on April 20, 2017, in Dallas, TX. He was killed in the 1000 block of Regal Row around 11:30 p.m. Sotelo-Trujillo and his brother were leaving a street race event when they were confronted by a man in a dark green Chevy Silverado with 32-inch rims.
