Jakeivon Hatley, a 21-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, was fatally shot on July 4, 2015. He was sitting in his car at the intersection of Bruton Road and Buckner Boulevard in Pleasant Grove when he was shot around 5:20 p.m. Hatley was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
