On February 20, 2024, at approximately 1:25 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a major accident call in the 2400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered 25-year-old Faneal Tesfit, unresponsive inside his vehicle with apparent gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire Rescue pronounced him dead at the scene.
