Gary Dotie, a 55-year-old male, tragically lost his life on July 30, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred during an altercation in a parking lot in the 3400 block of Spring Avenue. Witnesses reported seeing two men arguing before hearing gunshots. Gary Dotie was found dead between two vehicles in the parking lot.
