On March 4, 2024, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Texarkana, Texas, police responded to a shooting at an apartment complex in the 1000 block of College Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered 17-year-old Jason Hubbard deceased inside an apartment, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound.
