On June 11, 2024, the San Angelo Police Department responded to a welfare check at a residence in the 1000 block of East 21st Street around 10:00 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found the house secured. Based on information from the complainant and evidence at the scene, they determined immediate intervention was necessary and forced entry into the residence.
