On August 20, 2024, at approximately 5 p.m., Donnell Johnson, 49, was fatally shot at the One Stop Auto and Collision repair shop located at 2207 Eastex Freeway in Houston, Texas. Houston Police Department (HPD) officers arrived to find Johnson unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene by Houston Fire Department paramedics.
