On September 14, 2024, at approximately 2:25 a.m., a tragic incident unfolded during a block party in northeast Houston, Texas. A vehicle approached the gathering at 4901 Laura Koppe Road, and its occupants opened fire on the crowd. The attack resulted in the deaths of three young men: 24-year-old Jarvis Faultry, 23-year-old Breon Stuard, and 24-year-old Marlon Jackson.
