DeNovist Wayne Hall, a 31-year-old male, tragically lost his life on April 26, 2021, in Houston, Texas. Hall was fatally shot at an apartment complex in North Harris County while walking in a parking lot. The incident also resulted in injuries to a 4-year-old girl who was an innocent bystander. Hall was shot 19 times, and the suspect, Dornell Jenkins, continued to shoot him even after he fell to the ground.
