On March 28, 2014, 53-year-old Ruben Portillo, a Hispanic male from Richmond, Texas, passed away. Born on December 5, 1960, his funeral services were held on April 4, 2014, at Caballero-Ryder Funeral Home in Rosenberg, followed by interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
In connection with the fatal shooting of a security guard at a Houston game room, Houston police filed charges against two individuals. One of the suspects was identified as Marlon Alexis Galo Soriano.
However, approximately two and a half years after the incident, the charges against Soriano were dismissed.
