Victor Burke, a 51-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically lost his life on October 18, 2015, in Houston, Texas. He was fatally shot in the 3100 block of Campbell Street in the city's Fifth Ward. The incident occurred following an argument with his next-door neighbor, who was subsequently detained by the police. The neighbor claimed to have shot Burke during the altercation.
