Frank Farias, a 17-year-old Hispanic male from Houston, Texas, was tragically murdered on June 20, 1992. His death was part of a quadruple homicide carried out by Arthur Brown Jr., Marion Dudley, and Anthony Dunson. The victims were tied up and shot in the head during a drug deal gone wrong at a residence on Brownstone Lane in Houston. Frank Farias was the son of Rachel Tovar, whose husband Jose Tovar and their houseguests Jessica Quiñones and Audrey Brown were also killed.
