On October 26, 2024, at approximately 4:00 a.m., San Antonio police responded to reports of gunfire at the Villas of Oak Creste Apartments, located in the 5300 block of Fredericksburg Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered 20-year-old Isaiah Guevara deceased inside his apartment from multiple gunshot wounds. A neighboring resident reported that bullets had penetrated their apartment walls, though no additional injuries were reported.
