Pedro C. Segovia Jr., a 38-year-old Hispanic male from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on November 6, 2016. He was found shot in the head in the backyard of a residence in the 900 block of Cecelia Street. According to witnesses, Pedro intervened in an argument between Maurice Medina, 36, and a woman over a cellphone. The altercation escalated, leading to Pedro's fatal shooting. Medina was later arrested and charged with murder.
