On the evening of March 28, 2023, 18-year-old Gabriel Castillo Jr. was fatally shot in Lancaster, California. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. near the 44000 block of 27th Street East. Gabriel was riding his bike with his girlfriend when an unknown assailant opened fire, tragically ending his life.
