On April 25, 2020, at approximately 6:45 a.m., Mobile police responded to a report of a person down in the 2600 block of Wealthy Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of 39-year-old Joseph Carter in the backyard of a residence. The victim had sustained blunt force trauma, leading to his death.
