Death by Force

In the late hours of a Friday evening, on July 15, 2016, the life of 25-year-old Fernando Ceaser Chavez, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short. Chavez was discovered in the south parking lot of the Knights Inn Motel, located at 1624 N Black Canyon Highway, near the intersection of Interstate 17 and McDowell Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
