In the pre-dawn hours of a Tuesday in July 2016, the quiet of a Phoenix, Arizona park was shattered by the sound of gunfire. It was in Cielito Park, near 35th Avenue and Indian School Road, that 30-year-old Dustin Shirk was found with multiple gunshot wounds.
