In the late summer of 1992, a shocking discovery brought a quiet Phoenix, Arizona neighborhood to a standstill. On the afternoon of August 29th, the bodies of five family members were found outside their home at 701 East Baseline Road. Among the victims was 6-year-old Eloy Zubia Jr., a young male.
