On July 28, 2017, Richard Harrison, age 23, was fatally shot in Chicago. The incident occurred in the Roseland neighborhood, known for experiencing waves of violence at times. Harrison was reportedly found shot in a vehicle during the early morning hours, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but Harrison was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
