Death by Force

On December 17, 2023, at approximately 4:20 a.m., San Jose police responded to reports of a shooting near Snow and Giusti Drives, adjacent to Great Oaks Park in South San Jose. Upon arrival, officers found evidence of gunfire but no victims at the scene. Shortly thereafter, two men arrived at a local hospital, each suffering from gunshot wounds.
