Carlos Silvestre Soto Ojeda, a 24-year-old resident of San Jose, California, tragically lost his life on April 18, 2016. He was fatally shot in the 2700 block of Sand Point Drive near the Eastridge Center shopping mall. The incident occurred just before 11 p.m. while Carlos was on his way home from walking his puppy.
