Timothy Michael Romo, aged 49, tragically lost his life on May 26, 2021, in a mass shooting at the Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) rail yard in San Jose, California. Romo, a dedicated overhead line worker with over 20 years of service at VTA, was among the nine victims who were fatally shot by a disgruntled colleague during a union meeting.
