Frank Mosqueda Jr., a 21-year-old resident of San Jose, California, tragically lost his life on September 15, 2020, in a shooting incident near the San Jose State University campus. The incident, which occurred around 10 p.m., resulted in the deaths of Mosqueda and another individual, Christian Jose Gonzales, 24, while four others sustained injuries.
