On October 14, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in Brownsville, Tennessee, resulting in the deaths of Sharon Sangster Lee, 49, and her husband, Anthonie Lee. Sharon was a dedicated corrections officer with the Madison County Sheriff's Office, serving for 12 years since her hiring on March 16, 2011.
