On November 1, 2023, 33-year-old Jerqune Bassham was found with a gunshot wound outside a restaurant in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Emergency responders transported him to Skyline Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Following an investigation, detectives identified 30-year-old Shaquan Lee Weber as a suspect in the shooting. Weber was apprehended in East Nashville on November 6, 2023, with assistance from the Metro Nashville Police Department.
