On January 28, 2024, 19-year-old DeVondre S. Collins was fatally shot during a house party in northeast Memphis, Tennessee. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. at an apartment complex on West River Trace Drive, where officers discovered two men deceased from multiple gunshot wounds. Two additional individuals sustained injuries and were transported to local hospitals in non-critical condition.
