DeVondre S. Collins, a 19-year-old male, was fatally shot on the night of January 28, 2024, during a house party in a northeast Memphis, Tennessee apartment complex. The gathering took a tragic turn when gunfire erupted, leaving another man, 25-year-old Noah Collins, also deceased at the scene. Two other individuals were wounded in the shooting but were transported to a local hospital in non-critical condition.
