On February 25, 2024, at approximately 3:50 p.m., 21-year-old Emanuel Scott was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the breezeway of the Charter Village Apartments on Rio Vista Drive in Madison, Tennessee. He was transported to Skyline Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries. Investigators indicated that the shooting appeared to be related to a robbery.
