On March 3, 2023, Robert "Bob" Moore, aged 58, was fatally shot near his residence in the 1200 block of Park Street, McKeesport, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred shortly after 5:45 p.m. Moore had just returned home with his wife when gunfire erupted. First responders found him suffering from multiple gunshot wounds; he was transported to UPMC McKeesport Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
