On March 8, 2023, 28-year-old Tommy Tase "Man Man" Stargell Jr. was fatally shot at the Sails Inn Bar & Grill on North Gallatin Avenue in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred around 12:15 a.m., resulting in the deaths of both Stargell and 32-year-old Darrell Gregg.

Surveillance footage from the bar showed Stargell and Gregg among a group of patrons when an altercation erupted. During the confrontation, both men were seen with firearms. Gregg reportedly drew his weapon first, ...
