On July 15, 2023, 16-year-old Daejion Grant tragically lost his life in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred when a 14-year-old girl, under the mistaken belief that she was handling a BB gun, discharged a real handgun, fatally wounding Grant. Authorities responded promptly, and the young girl was subsequently charged as a juvenile with involuntary manslaughter.
